Abstract

Analysis of structures of peritoneal exudate 23 children (5—15 years old), operated apropos
gangreno-perforativ appendicitis with the peritonitis complication is carried out. Patients have been divided on
two groups: with not complicated current of disease (n = 18) and adhesion complicated (n = 5). The method cuneiform
dehydration biological liquids at which the liquid environment is translated in a solid phase (the ordered
visualised structures) is used. At patients without complicated current in the early postoperative period in
peritoneal exudate were formed specific fibrinogenous structures. At patients with the complicated current of disease
in the same time in peritoneal exudate the marker of an inflammation in the form of language structures was
defined. The given marker specifies for the beginning of development of adhesive illness.
