Abstract

The influence of alpha- and beta-adrenoceptor agonists on cytokine production by splenocytes of mice-hybrids F1 (CBAxC57Bl/6) in the development of humoral immune response was studied. It was shown that the use of phenylephrine inhibited of TNF-α and IL-1β production, while there was the increase of IL-2, IL-6, IL-10, and IFN-γ secretion after immunization. The isoproterenol administration in immunized mice resulted in the decrease of IL-2, IL-6 and IL-10 production in early terms after immunization, but it was observed the increase of TNF-α, IL-1β and IFN-γ production.
