Abstract

The aim is to evaluate the degree of involvement of lymphocyte-platelet interactions in carriers of IL-2(T330G) SNP in the immunological mechanisms of the pathogenesis of herpes virus infection using the example of chickenpox. Based on the analysis of modern literature sources, the role of lymphocyte-platelet aggregates has been determined and a conceptual scheme of their involvement in the immunopathogenesis of chickenpox in carriers of SNP IL-2(T330G) has been proposed.
