Abstract
It is shown that the «rise» of rats at a speed of 50 m/s at the «height» of 5000 meters in the chamber (decompression) in 5% o f rats causes a sharp motor agitation, culminating in pronounced clonic-tonic epileptic seizure. The developed method of selection of rats susceptible to decompression, characterized are all parameters of epileplic reaclion and forms of seizure, the syslem for assessing the severity of hypobaric epiieplic reaclion and anticonvulsant activity of drugs is worked out
