Abstract

This article is dedicated to the history of development of respiration physiology and pathophysiology research in Russia from 1917 till now. We made an attempt to choose the most important and interesting questions of respiration physiology out of the whole physiological investigations on the base of releases of national physiology congresses and school-seminars for experimental and clinical respiration physiology. The review can be recommended to everybody interested in events and development in the field of respiration physiology in this country
