Abstract

The aim of the study was to evaluate the effect of released-active antibodies (RA Abs) to histamine on the functional state of H4-receptor using the GTPγS assay in vitro. Experiments were performed on CHO-K1 cell membranes expressing the human recombinant H4-receptor. The functional activity of H4-receptor was assessed by the amount of GTPγ[35S] bound to the membranes. It was shown that RA Abs to histamine were antagonistic to H4-receptors.
