Abstract

Health schools are actively developing in health centers in Moscow since 2009, and their concept assumes aimed primarily at preventing diseases, promotion of healthy lifestyles. Particularly relevant is awareness of the School of Health, the willingness to take part in them, and the role of such important parameters as proactive behavior and emotional well-being in a healthy lifestyle. The study involved 137 patients on the basis of the Moscow city clinic. Methods: questionnaire to assess lifestyle and attitude to school health; semantic differential «List of the senses», a technique BIG 5, the method of «coping behavior». The results showed a lack of awareness about the health and readiness of schools to participate in clinics, while visitors request information about health, awareness of dependence on the willingness of visitors to the medical staff to provide the necessary information, as well as the role of the parameters of emotional well-being in the commitment to a healthy lifestyle.
