Abstract

In laboratory conditions was made a compara tive research of the temperature changes in pulp chamber during response to cavity preparation with carbide burs with and without water cooling and minimally invasive polymer burs. The achieved results proved that the temperature changes in a pulp chamber are the lowest when polymer burs are used. It proves that minimally invasive instruments should be used during caries treatment.
