Abstract

Evaluation of the effectiveness of treatment of 28 children under the age of 15.9 months with perinatal lesions of the nervous system and their effects depending on the activity of the destructive process in the brain tissue determined with the help of technology "Neuro-test", which includes the determination of the activity of serum leukocyte elastase, α1-proteinase inhibitor and levels of autoantibodies to proteins of neural tissue S100, OBM, GFAP and NGF. Assessment of the neurological status was performed using the international scale INFANIB (Infant Neurological International Battery, 1995). It is shown that the more pronounced were the changes in the indices of "Neuro-tests", the less effective was the ongoing therapeutic measures.
