Abstract

In the lecture devoted to the pathogenetic and clinical features of trigeminal neuralgia, presents clinical-pathophysiological interpretation of the results of our observations over 1 thousand patients with trigeminal neuralgia, 90% of which was performed neurosurgical treatment (percutaneous high-frequency trigeminal rhizotomy).
