Abstract

The research aim is to determine whether the impact o f the first coming of age with abdominal obesity 1 degree on microrheological properties of erythrocytes of reguiar track sessions. The study included 28 people 22-years-old with abdominal obesity 1. A control group comprised 92 healthy persons of first adulthood, which regularly visit the Athletics section. Evaluated lipid peroxidation and antioxidant defense, plasma, and red blood cells, lipid composition, cytoarchitecture and aggregation of red blood cells. With a view to the correction of all the patients have regular visits to the Athletics section 3 times a week for1 .5 hours. Score included indicators in patients with abdominal obesity was included in the group supervision, 0,5, 1, 1,5, and 2 years of classes in the section. Hypertensive therapy drug in any case. Statistical analysis of student’s test was conducted. After a year of regular workouts in the Athletics section of the patients achieved the normalization of body weight, lipid peroxidation, plasma, and red blood cells, cellular composition, and aggregation activity of red blood cells. Continuation of regular training of athletics has hooked the result achieved. U have abdominal obesity 1 degree of the first coming of age 12 months regular classes in the Athletics section firmly normalize microrheological properties of their red blood cells.
